Classes & weekly training

Structured adult and kids programs built around focused coaching, steady repetition, and real progression on the mats.

Adult BJJ fundamentals class at Brazilian Power Team

BJJ Fundamentals

We teach fundamentals because every strong Jiu-Jitsu game starts with posture, pressure, base, and positional awareness. These classes give students the tools to move safely, understand control, and build confidence before adding speed or intensity.

Training is taught through clear instruction, technical drilling, and guided repetition so each student learns why a position works, how to enter it, and when to apply it during live practice.

BJJ All Levels students at Brazilian Power Team

BJJ All Levels

All Levels training helps students connect technique into a practical game. We teach students to recognize positions, solve problems under pressure, and sharpen the transitions that make Jiu-Jitsu useful in training, competition, and self-defense.

Classes combine technical instruction, partner rounds, positional work, and controlled sparring so beginners and experienced students can progress in the same room with the right level of challenge.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu training at Brazilian Power Team

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

No-Gi training develops grip-free control, athletic movement, wrestling awareness, and fast transitions. We teach it because it strengthens timing and body positioning while giving students a different way to understand grappling.

Students work through entries, escapes, controls, and submissions without relying on the gi, building a sharper sense of leverage, balance, and movement.

Muay Thai and kickboxing students at Brazilian Power Team

Muay Thai

Muay Thai builds striking fundamentals, distance control, conditioning, and composure. We teach it to help students develop a complete combat sports base while learning how to move, defend, and strike with discipline.

Sessions focus on stance, footwork, pad work, combinations, defense, and responsible sparring progressions so students can improve fitness and technical skill in a controlled environment.

Kids BJJ students at Brazilian Power Team

Kids BJJ

Kids Jiu-Jitsu teaches confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect through movement. We teach children how to stay calm, listen well, protect themselves, and solve physical challenges without aggression.

Classes are age-aware, structured, and encouraging, with drills, games, technical practice, and partner work that help children build skill while learning focus and responsibility.

Kids kickboxing coaching at Brazilian Power Team

Kids Kickboxing

Kids Kickboxing helps young students develop balance, coordination, focus, and fitness. We teach striking basics because they build body control and confidence when practiced with clear rules and careful supervision.

Training is built around safe pad work, movement drills, defense habits, and positive coaching so children learn discipline, effort, and respect while staying active.

Open Mat Jiu-Jitsu training at Brazilian Power Team

Open Mat

Open Mat is a training session focused on live rolling, sparring, and applying techniques against resisting partners. It gives students the chance to test their timing, improve problem solving, and build confidence through real rounds.

Students from BPT and visitors from other gyms are welcome to train, share rounds, and practice their techniques in a respectful environment.

Ladies BJJ training at Brazilian Power Team

Ladies BJJ

Ladies Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides a welcoming and supportive environment where women can build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical self-defense skills. Training focuses on technique, control, and movement, with structured drills, positional training, and guided practice designed for students of all experience and fitness levels.

Whether training for fitness, personal development, or competition, every student is encouraged to progress at her own pace. Ladies-only classes are arranged based on registered interest and require a minimum number of participants, so interested students are encouraged to contact us or register their interest. The class schedule will be confirmed once enough participants are available.
